域名注册商不给转移码，刁难怎么办？

无良域名注册商通常会有以下的无良行为：
1.必须在他家续费，否则不给转移码。(对ICANN规则赤裸裸的挑衅)
2.要求寄身份证等资料才给转移码。（明显的存在恶意阻拦和ICANN的隐私规定）
3.必须缴纳一定的费用才给转移码。(明显的违反ICANN自由转移规则)


说明：第一whois注册人的邮箱要是你的。第二没有不和谐的内容。第三已和域名商沟通但无效。

符合以上要求就可以向国际域名机构发文索要转移码，方法如下。

方法：
首先填写姓名 邮箱 域名
其次选择My registrar does not allow me to transfer my domain name
下面这三个 打钩

My registrar blocked the transfer because I did not pay the transfer fee. 
I tried to retrieve the auth-code from my control panel.  
I already tried to unlock the domain name myself. 

填写如下内容：

 Hello  i want to transfer out my domain from  你的域名注册商 (www.某某某.com). But they didn't give me the transfer code. I contacted with my current register.But they said i need contact the reseller . I contacted the reseller of  55hl.com. But he Rejected my request .He said i need pay 50 CNY to get the transfer code. I told him the rule of ICANN .It's  Violation the rule. But he Rejected contact with me from that day.I need ICANN'S help . ICANN  please Punish profiteers. Thank you.
